But who exactly is Drew McIntyre's wife, Kaitlyn Frohnapfel? She is a doctor and has graduated from the University of Florida. She works as a physician and fitness trainer. The two met at a bar back in 2013, stayed in touch, and became a couple soon after that.

Eventually, CM Punk cost his rival the title before blowing a kiss to McIntyre's wife.
