With the B-team as the tag team champions, other teams might very well smell blood in the water and come running to get a piece of the action. On the surface, the B-Team are an easy target and tag teams, old and new, would be lining up for a supposedly easy shot at the titles. This could lead to some new and interesting storylines that would not have happened while WWE were trying to maintain the dominance of Matt and Bray.

The red brand's tag team division has been somewhat lacklustre for a while and the emergence of The B-Team as the new champions has made tag team wrestling more relevant on the red brand.
