Why Seth Rollins' briefcase segment happened at Raw

There was a backstage segment on last night RAW from Chicago involving The Authority and Seth Rollins where the latter’s Money In the Bank briefcase was vibrating. Rollins said it was just an electric razor, although there is implication of a vibrator in the briefcase.

The angle aimed as a remark on one of the WWE divas, not Rollins. According to reports, one of the divas was stopped at the airport by TSA when they forgot to take the batteries out of their vibrator. The sex toy was in her carry-on and due to the batteries, it was flagged. There is no word yet on with which Diva this incident occurred at airport.
