WWE CCO Triple H was extremely agitated with Kevin Owens after the latter's actions at Saturday Night's Main Event. Owens lost a singles match against Cody Rhodes in the main event of the night but he ended up doing a horrific act. The Prizefighter seriously injured Cody Rhodes by hitting him with a package piledriver.

The Game later had a violent face-off with Owens and even pushed him. The altercation left WWE fans stunned, with many questioning if the nine-time WWE Champion would once again return to the ring to battle Kevin Owens. However, the answer to this query is no. The Game won't return to fight because of his medical condition.

The WWE CCO suffered a massive cardiac arrest in September 2021, after which he hasn't wrestled. It was reported that Hunter's cardiac arrest was because of a genetic heart issue, and he was on the verge of heart failure.

He underwent heart surgery as an emergency measure and the doctors advised him to stay away from in-ring action as it might worsen his condition. The Game was also diagnosed with viral pneumonia as he had fluid around his heart and in his lungs.

Moreover, Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone has shot down all the rumors of Hunter's return to the ring. He stated that the post-show angle with Hunter was only done to elevate KO as a heel.

"I was informed that Triple H's physical involvement following Kevin Owens's post-match attack on Cody Rhodes at #SNME is only to elevate Owens as a heel, and the Cody/Owens feud is slated to continue. A Triple H in-ring return is not in the plans at this time," Dr. Chris Featherstone said.

Triple H's last match was against Randy Orton on Monday Night RAW

While fans might have wanted The Cerebral Assasin's last match to have been at WrestleMania, the Game's final bout, unfortunately, came against Randy Orton in an Unsanctioned Match on an episode of Monday Night RAW.

Triple H faced Randy Orton on the January 11, 2021 edition of RAW, and the match ended inconclusively, as Alexa Bliss and the late WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt got involved.

After this match, Triple H suffered a cardiac arrest in September 2021, and at WrestleMania 38 in 2022, he finally hung up his boots. Since then, he has never returned to action, and probably never will.
