Chad Gable was the most obvious victim of Uncle Howdy and Wyatt Sicks' WWE RAW massacre last night. The Alpha Academy leader was left bloodied and passed out amid the carnage left behind backstage by the group on their debut.
It appears Chad Gable's attack may have been a long time coming though, as the creepy faction has teased targeting the 38-year-old. Various QR codes leading to videos were constantly used to tease their arrival in the last month or so. An eagle-eyed fan has pointed out that Gable's initials and favorite catchphrase, 'Thank You,' had appeared in the group's teasers.
Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks warned the WWE roster that anarchy awaited them once they arrived. They could be looking to punish individuals who have seemingly taken a dark path recently, and Gable fits the bill. He's bullied Alpha Academy members Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri ever since his loss to Sami Zayn.

It was a miserable night for Gable altogether on WWE RAW as Otis finally turned on his longtime tag team partner. His faction also walked out on him before he promised to win Money in the Bank and become World Heavyweight Champion.
That might be a tough ask, given Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks' destruction of the former amateur wrestler. It will be interesting to see where this story is headed next because there will need to be an explanation for Gable being targeted.
Cathy Kelley mocked Chad Gable after Uncle Howdy's Wyatt Sicks attack on WWE RAW
Cathy Kelley couldn't help but point out that Chad Gable's role of playing 'the boy who cried wolf' has come back to haunt him. The WWE RAW backstage interviewer wrote on X/Twitter:
"Chad been playing victim for months but now he actually is one (Crying emoticon) #Wyatt6," posted Kelley.
Interestingly, Chad Gable's downward spiral started with Cathy Kelley after he gave an interview on WWE RAW Talk. He'd just lost an Intercontinental Championship No.1 contenders gauntlet match to challenge Gunther at WrestleMania XL.
Gable vented his frustrations as a babyface, shedding light on how he's let his family down. It was the start of his heel turn that occurred when he lost to Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship in the champion's hometown of Montreal.
The four-time tag team champion could be the first victim of Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks. He might be desperately calling upon Alpha Academy to rescue him, but he looks to have burnt too many bridges and stands alone now.
Fans shouldn't have any worries about Gable potentially leaving WWE because he confirmed he'd signed a new deal. Triple H also spoke glowingly of him and said he wanted him to stay in the company forever.
