7) Arachnaman

Ok. Seriously? What was up with the WCW? They created a lot of gimmicks based on famous characters that were constantly unsuccessful. Arachnaman was one such rip off from Marvel’s Spiderman. The character wore an odd purple and yellow outfit and wrestled in the ring. This poorly received gimmick was soon withdrawn after Marvel threatened legal action. Thank god for that. Forget the costume, it is the colour that makes this costume so much more pathetic.
