Brutus was perhaps one of the foremost character oriented wrestlers in the WWE. He played a flamboyant barber and his routine involved snipping his opponent’s hair after his match and throwing it into the air to delight the crowd. He carried all the tools necessary to aid his craft to the ring. But what he wore is a serious insult to fashion. Wearing bow ties without shirts, zebra prints, rips, ribbons and a highlighted mullet, he almost immediately walks into our list.
