The Rock vs Hulk Hogan

This match was called an "Icon vs. Icon" in which the Rock and Hogan took on each other. Hogan wrestled in Mania for the first time after WM-9. Rock, the face, and Hogan, the heel, fought for 16 minutes and the crowd absolutely loved the fight. Rock made Hogan tap out of a sharpshooter but the referee never saw it. Hogan delivered a low blow and followed it up with his own Rock Bottom but only got a 2 count on the Rock.

Rock powered up and delivered 2 Rock Bottoms and a People's Elbow on Hulk and got the victory. After the match, Rock shook hands with Hogan and showed respect for the legend. He also saved Hogan from the vicious attack by the members of NWO. After the match, Hogan and Rock posed to the WWE Universe and this was one of the most spectacular moments in WWE history.
