#2 Kurt Angle
On RAW this week, we saw that the Olympian announced his last match will be at WrestleMania. However, he didn't announce who he is going to face at the Show of Shows. WWE has messed up the return of many veteran superstars, and Kurt Angle could top that list.
We have seen Angle lose to many mid-carders which throttles his credibility to new lows. The one way to mend his current return is to give him a good opponent who can build a good match with him at WrestleMania.

The top star in WWE is Reigns, and if he faces Angle, then it will give Angle a good retirement match. Reigns will be a perfect opponent for him as he needs an opponent and also, he needs to remain relevant on the Red Brand.
#1 Drew McIntyre
Till December of last year, everyone thought that McIntyre is going to be the next big thing in Reigns' absence. There were several speculations that he was going to win the Royal Rumble match and face Lesnar for the Universal Championship. But, one match blew his credibility away. His first loss after his main roster debut came when Ziggler defeated him in a televised episode of RAW.
Since then, his trajectory is not worth watching. It has been falling ever since, and the only way to redeem it if he is handed a match against Reigns at WrestleMania. Currently, he can be considered as one of the main heels on RAW, and after this week's RAW, we can see that McIntyre and Reigns have a little feud going on.
McIntyre attacked Reigns viciously, and this angle can be taken forward till April 7th. McIntyre is in good shape, and he has good mic-skills too; a match with Reigns won't hurt anyone. Currently, it is the most viable option as it will only benefit both the superstars.
