If Becky Lynch is winning both titles, and with the stipulation, in all likeliness, she will be doing so. This means that Charlotte Flair will be left without the SmackDown Women's Championship, but may end up going back to SmackDown anyway. After all, SmackDown does need a lead woman and they feel Flair is the best option to do so, with Lynch expected to permanently shift to RAW post-WrestleMania.

This may set up an angle where she vacates the SmackDown Women's Championship to focus on RAW, and leaving the title vacant would mean that they would need to hold a tournament to crown a new champion. It's possible that this was done so that they could have a bit of an extensive angle on SmackDown to crown a new champion.

Hopefully, Asuka would be right back in the mix if that were the case.
