WrestleMania 35: 5 biggest reasons why Vince McMahon won't let Kofi Kingston win the WWE Championship

#3 Vince McMahon doesn't want to take a long-term chance on Kofi Kingston

The Chairman wonders aloud whether Woods and Big E can put Kofi in the WWE Title Match at WrestleMania, and he says Kingston will get his championship match at WrestleMania if they can win a Gauntlet Match tonight!

What many people don't seem to realize about Vince McMahon is that not only does he hold all the cards, but when making decisions, he takes more than just one factor into account. Sure, capitalizing on Kofi Kingston would be a great decision now especially since he's hot.

However, McMahon most definitely thinks long-term, and he may feel that Kofi Kingston is not the right person to carry the WWE Championship, and may not draw the desired ratings to SmackDown Live.

We certainly disagree with that, especially since WWE took a chance on Jinder Mahal for many months and quite a few PPV main events. Perhaps McMahon is legitimately sceptical about Kofi Kingston's drawing power, and would want to stick to Daniel Bryan because he knows that the current WWE Champion can draw and sustain good ratings for SmackDown.
