The only reason Brock Lesnar is still the Universal Champion is that he is giving what Vince expects from him. It is the reason why retained his title at WrestleMania 34 and Greatest Royal Rumble.

When Lesnar loses his title, then fans will be happy. However, The Beast returned to the WWE in Hell in a Cell pay-per-view and quickly got a rematch for his Universal Title. At the Crown Jewel event, he regained the title and then defended it only once.

Lesnar’s next title defense will happen at WrestleMania 35, and if he is not going to leave WWE, then it is almost confirmed that The Beast won’t lose his championship. Paul Heyman has said it hundreds of times that Lesnar will only work in WWE as a champion; otherwise, he will not.

So again, if The Beast stays in Vince McMahon’s billion dollar company, then he won’t lose his Universal Championship.
