#1 Roman Reigns is "The Guy" Vince McMahon wants to hold the Universal title
When Roman Reigns returned to WWE RAW and WWE on February 25, 2019 following his illness, he received one of the biggest pops from the WWE Universe in recent history.
The Big Dog's heroic return to the ring after his battle with leukaemia won many hearts and inspired millions. And it seems like it will take Reigns some time to get back into the Universal title plans as it is Seth Rollins' time to shine.

But, it is quite obvious that Reigns is and will always be the #1 guy on RAW for Vince McMahon and WWE, and it will be only a matter of time before he gets that opportunity. I don't see Rollins - or Reigns - turning heel, which means that a face vs face feud between the two former Shield brothers can be ruled out.
Reigns will probably be the one to defeat Lesnar and win back the Universal title, and that could be one of the main reasons why WWE will keep the Universal title on Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.
