Dolph Ziggler made a surprise return at the Royal Rumble earlier this year, just days after announcing that he will be away from the WWE to concentrate on his WWE career.

Earlier last month, Ziggler had this to say about his agreement with WWE:

"Technically, I am, yes. It's weird because for the last two years I've had somewhat of a handshake agreement, kind of behind closed doors deal with WWE. I've been able to do a lot of things, on my own, not at WWE, just because of the relationship we've had for the last 14 years. I have a bit of a handshake agreement right now, but we'll know some more details in the coming months."

Although he may not have any feuds currently, he could return to take revenge on Drew McIntyre, who brutalized him on RAW. McIntyre faces off against Roman Reigns in a singles match at WrestleMania 35.

He was featured in a few videos for WWE's YouTube channel recently, which may indicate that he is set to return to the WWE.
