#2. KofiMania has arrived
I’ll admit it, I might have teared up a bit.
The Kofi Kingston storyline is the best babyface program the WWE has done since WrestleMania 30 with Daniel Bryan. Kofi has been the true professional and produced so many entertaining moments over the last eleven years. If anyone deserved the WWE Championship, it was Kofi Kingston. Clearly, the WWE Universe agrees with me based on their loud reactions at WrestleMania 35. It was the loudest we have heard a pro wrestling crowd in a long time.

The match itself was fantastic and clearly the best main roster match of the year so far. Bryan played the heel to perfection, trying to cheat and uses a lot of submission moves for the win. But with New Day’s help, Kofi got the advantage and hit the Trouble in Paradise for the victory. A lot of fans hoped the WWE would do it but to see them actually pull the trigger on Kofi winning the WWE Championship, it was truly special. The celebration after the match with his friends and children was special too. It was WrestleMania at its best.
