Seth Rollins won the Universal Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35
WWE decided to switch things up a little bit at WrestleMania this year by allowing Brock Lesnar to defend his Universal Championship at the opening of the show. Lesnar obviously wasn't happy about this so he attacked Rollins on the way down to the ring and then threw him into the announce table.

When Brock Lesnar threw Rollins back out of the ring and into the announce table once again, the German commentator wasn't able to move himself out of the way in time and Rollins was actually caught by him. It was obvious that it wasn't supposed to happen but there was nothing he could do after he was in the way or Lesnar's throw and was forced to sit there afterward and feel sorry for himself as Rollins crawled away.
