Let’s be honest here; we all knew someone was going to show up right during Elias’ performance but none of us expected the Doctor of Thuganomics would show to take us back to 2002. John Cena walked to the ring to give Elias a piece of his mind via a well-written rap.

Cena hinted at what could be a prominent change in his character which would ideally be the aptest way of keeping Cena relevant on the main roster. For the last decade and more we have seen John Cena as the babyface who has been the hero for the WWE Universe.

But the ardent supporters of this gigantic organisation have been asking for a character change to occur for John Cena and it seems like the company has heard their plea and we might be seeing a different John Cena now. A John Cena reminiscent of the past will be an utter delight to watch.
