Mysterio suffered an injury on RAW when he faced off against Baron Corbin, ahead of WrestleMania 35

One WrestleMania 35 match that could have been canceled or changed is the United States title match between Samoa Joe and Rey Mysterio, after Mysterio suffered an injury on the RAW go-home show, in a match against Baron Corbin.

The veteran WWE star suffered an ankle injury in that match and many feared that that match may not happen at WrestleMania 35.

But Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Mysterio is cleared to wrestle, as per his sources in the WWE.

Mysterio will now face Joe at WrestleMania 35 and win his first title in the WWE since his return to the company last year. Joe defended his US title at Fastlane against Andrade, R-Truth and Mysterio in the last PPV before WrestleMania 35.
