Samoa Joe will likely defend the championship in a multi-man match at WrestleMania.

There has not been a ladder match at WrestleMania in a while so Samoa Joe should arguably defend the championship in that type of match at WrestleMania. The only other option to face Samoa Joe is John Cena who will be preoccupied with Kurt Angle. Therefore, Samoa Joe will likely face a multitude of opponents at WrestleMania 35. Andrade, R-Truth, and Rey Mysterio have been involved in the US Title picture for a while now and Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali have both been involved in the main event and will likely move back to the mid-card picture and take place in this matchup. Any of these men would be a great option as United States Champion and this match would likely be one of the greatest ladder matches of all time.
