#4 Diversifies the WrestleMania match card

WrestleMania 36 will have a lot of singles matches

The creative team will have it in their mind that WrestleMania will be a very long event as compared to the other pay-per-views. Hence, a host of singles matches will make the match card monotonous. Sure, there will be tag team matches and battle royals on the card, however, there should one multi-man match featuring the singles stars as well.

All the singles titles are likely to be defended in one-on-one matches. Drew McIntyre vs Brock Lesnar is already set in the stone while the RAW Women’s Championship match will feature a battle between Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler. It is even being rumored that Sasha Banks will return and challenge Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

The chances that The Fiend defends his title in a multi-man match are very low while Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley will fight for the NXT Women’s Championship at the Show of Shows. There’s also a WrestleMania match brewing between Randy Orton and Edge.

This shows that almost all championships will have one-on-one matches hence, having a seven-man match for the Intercontinental title will introduce variety to the match card of WrestleMania 36.
