Apollo Crews and Big E have a lot to settle
Big E is set to defend his Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania against Apollo Crews. The latter has challenged Big E on multiple occasions in the past. However, Crews always fell short until he turned heel and assaulted the champion. He even embraced a new ‘Nigerian Prince’ gimmick and credited his roots for his newfound motivation.

Even though Crews’ new run as a heel looks promising, we doubt that he will pin Big E to win the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania. The latter has had a good run with the title, but he could still use a few good championship rivalries before his reign comes to an end. As for Crews, WWE teased a potential alliance between him and Roman Reigns. A loss at WrestleMania might finally prompt Crews to join Reigns’ entourage.

That being said, it wouldn’t be a bad decision to have Big E drop his title to Crews at WrestleMania. The newly crowned champion will have an opportunity to test the change that he has embraced. On the other hand, Big E will be free to move into the world title picture. He can have epic feuds against the likes of Roman Reigns, and the creative should look to involve him in the Universal Championship picture eventually.
