Rhea Ripley knows no mercy

At WrestleMania 37, Rhea Ripley will challenge Asuka for her RAW Women’s Championship. Ripley recently made her debut on RAW and went straight after Asuka. The latter was blindsided by her challenger on multiple occasions. Ripley even attacked Asuka during their contract signing segment on RAW and sent a bold message to the rest of the roster.

On the Red brand’s go-home show before WrestleMania, Ripley and Asuka teamed up to take on Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. However, Ripley betrayed Asuka in the closing moments of the match. She attacked the RAW Women’s Champion at ringside before sending her back inside the ring to take the pinfall. Ripley has a lot of momentum on her side, and she could use it to gain dominance over Asuka.

Both Asuka and Rhea Ripley have enjoyed memorable terms on NXT. Asuka was undefeated on the Black and Gold brand, whereas Ripley is one of the most brutal superstars NXT has ever seen. Expectations are high from their upcoming match at WrestleMania, and unlike last year, Ripley won’t settle for a loss at the pay-per-view.
