The buildup to the Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair match at WrestleMania could have been huge, but WWE took time with it. Bianca Belair had heaps of momentum behind her following her Royal Rumble win, but WWE slowed it down by stalling her WrestleMania challenger announcement.

Bianca Belair also teamed up with Sasha Banks a few times to challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. This was used as a way to build tension between the two women, but WWE pulled the trigger too late on this.

Despite the lackluster start, the women have certainly ramped it up over the past few weeks. Although Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair have attacked one another on SmackDown, they still haven't faced off in the ring one-on-one. This has added to the excitement recently.

The two have also used social media to build their feud, which emphasized what this match getting a WrestleMania headline slot will mean. It was recently confirmed that the SmackDown Women's Championship match will headline Night One, leading to a huge fan reaction on Twitter.
