Madison Square Garden hosted the 10-year anniversary of Wrestlemania.

Venue: Madison Square Garden. New York City, New York.

Attendance: 18,065.

WrestleMania 10 was a turning point for the WWE (then-WWF) in more ways than one, with the organisation’s longtime face Hulk Hogan absent for the first time from WWF’s WrestleMania PPV. Besides, WM 10 was one of only 2 ‘Manias post-1991 to not feature The Undertaker, as the Deadman was out due to injury.

The event saw the most legendary ladder match of all time when Razor Ramon fought tooth-and-nail for the WWF Intercontinental title against ‘Mr Wrestlemania’ himself, Shawn Michaels. Besides, Randy Savage settled his rivalry with Crush by scoring yet another victory on the grandest stage of them all.

The WWF Heavyweight Champion Yokozuna defended his title against Lex Luger, winning by DQ after Luger shoved the referee. Later the same night, Bret Hart collided with Yokozuna, beating the behemoth 1-2-3.

The Hitman’s post-match celebration was indicative of the WWF’s intentions i.e., making Hart the new face of the company after Hogan’s departure in 1993.

The Macho Man’s last PPV appearance as a WWF competitor came at Wrestlemania 10.

Randy Savage beat Crush at Wrestlemania 10.

Lex Luger faced Yokozuna for the WWF Heavyweight Championship but was DQ’d after he shoved a referee.

HBK and Razor Ramon had a legendary ladder match at Wrestlemania 10.

HBK took a high-risk approach at ‘Mania 10.

Michaels gave it his all.

HBK and Ramon pushed each other to their limits.

HBK and Ramon wanted to determine the Undisputed WWF Intercontinental Champion.

Razor Ramon emerged victorious at Wrestlemania 10.

Bret Hart faced Yokozuna for the WWF Heavyweight Championship after failing to dethrone him the previous year.

Hart bested Yokozuna this time around, winning the WWF World Championship.

Wrestlemania 10 was a bitter-sweet night for Lex Luger.

With Hulk Hogan out of the WWF, Bret Hart was the new face of the company.

Wrestlemania 10 was an excellent edition of The Showcase of the Immortals.
