Attendance: 16,891.

Yep, it’s one of the, if not the worst WrestleManias of all time. Everything about the event, right from the Roman ‘Togas’ to the ‘Taker-Giant Gonzalez matchup and the rushed sub-minute match between Hulk Hogan and Yokozuna were panned by fans and critics alike.

‘Taker stayed undefeated at ‘Mania while Yokozuna dethroned Bret Hart for the WWF Heavyweight title. He’d immediately drop the WWF strap to Hulk Hogan in an impromptu matchup that marked the end of the night, losing to Hogan in about 22 seconds.

Wrestlemania 9 was the worst Wrestlemania of all time.

Lex Luger makes an impressive entrance.

The highly criticized Undertaker vs Giant Gonzalez match.

Taker beat Gonzalez by DQ at Wrestlemania 9.

Wrestlemania 9 was spoilt by a few odd matchups and a rushed climax.

Bret Hart fought well but came up short against Yokozuna.

Yokozuna faced Hulk Hogan in an impromptu title match after his fight with Bret Hart.

Hogan beat Yokozuna in 22 seconds.

The Hulkster ruled Mania once again, only this time it wasn't as entertaining.

The 9th edition of Mania was a letdown, to say the least.
