#2 Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy
The Hardy brothers joined the WWF (now WWE) in 1998 and quickly rose to prominence as tag team champions after defeating the Acolytes on 29 June 1999 on an episode of Monday Night Raw. After immense success together, both of them went their separate ways in the business. Jeff Hardy was the first to find success, winning the WWE Championship in 2008.
Matt Hardy lost his challenge to ECW Championship to Jack Swagger and interfered in Jeff Hardy's title defense match against Edge, hitting him with a steel chair and allowing Edge to win the title. Matt later announced that he had severed his brotherhood and tag team ties with Jeff Hardy. They faced each other in Extreme rules match in Wrestlemania 25, where Matt won. They faced again in a stretcher match which Matt won once again.
Jeff won their last match against each other but Matt later interfered in Jeff's World Heavyweight title match, preventing him from winning. They would later reunite shortly before they left WWE. Though they feuded with each other, they remained brothers.
