Gallagher and Itami face each other in a hard-fought match, with some strong strikes. Itami hits Gallagher with some precise strikes and has the advantage at the beginning of the match. Gallagher sneaks under the ring, while the referee is talking to Itami and attacks him from behind. Gallagher follows through on this and slows down Itami with a few locks.
Itami came back with a huge release fisherman suplex and got on to the top rope to take out Gallagher.
Gallagher and Itami both tried out some innovative offence, but the finish came when Itami turned a Dragon Sleeper into a knee strike for the pin.

Cedric Alexander addressed the title situation backstage saying that he would be the Cruiserweight Champion in 2018, even if he would not get the match on this Sunday' Royal Rumble.
#4 Cedric Alexander vs Mustafa Ali
Cedric Alexander faced Mustafa Ali in a match, which began in a friendly manner. As the match progressed tension developed between them, with both of their tempers sparking.
The match between them was fast-paced with a hard-hitting style of offence. Both Mustafa Ali and Cedric Alexander put on a tremendous show, as the match progressed.
In a cringe-worthy moment, Ali tries to dive into the ring but was punched by Alexander and fell face first on the side of the ring. Alexander slowed down the match by putting Ali in a few locks and grounding him.
Ali took advantage of Alexander's frustration to gain control of the match and hit him with a Rolling Facebuster. Ali went for the Tornado DDT, but was caught by Alexander and sent face first into the turnbuckle. The arena erupted with 'This is Awesome' chants as the match continued.
The match was even, for the most part, but the finish came when Ali came up empty with an inverted 450. Alexander took advantage and hit a Lumbar Check for the pinfall on Ali.
Result: Cedric Alexander defeated Mustafa Ali
