205 Live Results: Two major debuts; Grey upsets the OGs again

The 205 Live OGs have had issues with August Grey since he came to 205 Live last year. Tonight, Grey brought in some much-needed backup in Ikemen Jiro.

The happy-go-lucky Jiro started the bout off with Tony Nese, throwing off the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion by keeping his jacket on during the match.

Grey tagged in but was driven to the corner of the 205 Live OGs in an instant. Ariya Daivari and Nese stomped August and left him in a bad way for several minutes. When Grey got back to his corner, Jiro was ready to step in. Ikemen had fun with Nese, taking the Premier Athlete of 205 Live lightly.

A shot from Daivari blindsided Jiro, again putting the OGs on top. Jiro fought out of a sleeper with a jaw breaker, but Nese tagged in. Tony knocked Grey off the apron with a palm strike and crackied Jiro's nose with the running dropkick.

Ikemen Jiro planted Nese with a back suplex, finally getting to Grey as Nese tagged in Daivari Dinero.

August Grey lit up the 205 Live OGs, and left Nese out on the floor with a superkick. Daivari was caught with the rope walking springboard crossbody.

Grey looked for a tag, but Ikemen Jiro was nowhere to be seen. August countered a suplex with a rolling neckbreaker, getting another close call.

So Much Prettier was blocked, and Daivari tagged out to Nese who hit the triangle moonsault for a close call. Jiro and Grey were in dire straits.

August was caught with the inverted powerslam/facebuster combination, but managed to kick out.

Jiro tagged in once more, rocking Nese with an enzuigiri. A head scissors sent Nese to the floor, and Jiro sent Daivari out to join him.

A springboard moonsault caught both of the 205 Live veterans. Jiro set up for the Senton Bomb. That would've been the end, but Daivari yanked Nese out at two.

Grey and Jiro launched themselves at Daivari and Nese. Back inside, a flying roundhouse laid out Nese for the win.

Results: Ikemen Jiro and August Grey defeated Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari via pinfall on 205 Live.
