Isaiah "Swerve" Scott needed another win to prove his worth against Santos Escobar

Isaiah "Swerve" Scott vs Ariya Daivari on 205 Live

Isaiah "Swerve" Scott took the 205 Live veteran to the mat with ease and was able to avoid Ariya Daivari's offense for a short while. Scott took Daivari to the corner, lifting him for an armbar attempt.

Daivari escaped and moved to the floor, forcing Scott to chase. Back inside, he caught Scott in between the ropes, spiking him with a DDT. He slowed down the pace, weakening Scott with a series of submission holds.

However, Scott was able to make it to his feet where he hit a nasty spinning back fist, leading to the diving uppercut. Scott dumped Daivari to the floor where an apron boot planted him.

Back inside, the rolling flatliner gave Scott a two-count. Scott caught a boot in the corner and drove Daivari downward with a leg-trapped belly-to-back suplex. Daivari kicked out again and regained his composure well enough for the Uranage slam.

Daivari went up for the biggest win of his 205 Live career. The Persian Lion Splash connected, but Scott kicked out. Scott ducked the Hammerlock Lariat and set up Daivari in the corner for his modified Michinoku Driver.

Daivari kicked Scott away but found himself sitting in the wrong place at the wrong time after a whiffed Sunset Flip. The House Call landed, ending Daivari's 205 Live winning streak.

Results: Isaiah "Swerve" Scott defeated Ariya Daivari via pinfall on 205 Live.
