5 Guys The Club Should Target after John Cena

The Club Vs The Shield can be a great feud

AJ Styles might have broken many a hardcore wrestling hearts when he parted ways with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. But those very hearts were resurrected when they combined their powers to beat upon the returning John Cena.

The Club, who were part of The Bullet Club in Japan, were a massive success over there. It is hence exciting to see what they can do in the WWE. Also, Styles has always been so much better as a heel. His babyface run has been awesome too and a fan couldn’t be more excited about what he can do as a heel leader of a group.

Here then are the 5 superstars that The Club can target after Cena

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

#1 Enzo/ Big Cass

The Club can target The Realest Guys In The Room

In the current scenario, John Cena has some unfinished business with Styles. He was attacked brutally by The Club and he needs partners. And The Club need more heat.

What better way to achieve both by having Enzo and Cass in the mix.

They are over as hell and on their way to become the most popular tag team on the main roster. Also, their program with The Dudleys really needs to be done away with. If they are attacked by The Club, that gives the heels much more heat and this gives Cena the chance to team up with two guys he has spoken highly about.

Won’t that be one of the most hyped teams ever?

#2 Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon was a huge supporter of Styles

If you’ve noticed, Shane McMahon, since assuming power, has been a huge supporter of AJ Styles. Yes, he brought in a lot of NXT superstars but he has on more than one occasion mentioned how great he think Styles is.

So, what does he now think now that Styles relentlessly attacked Cena and introduced himself and The Club to him? What stance will the babyface authority figure take now? Wasn’t Styles’ push one of his ideas?

This may lead to some confrontation of sorts and that will be great for continuity and an attack on Shane O’ Mac will only gain them much welcomed heat.

#3 Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose, being a great face, can be targeted by the Club

Dean Ambrose is one of the most over superstars in the WWE today and one would think that he deserves to be a main event player.

The Club is out there to wreak havoc and tell the world that they don’t want anyone of them outshining them. They will target babyfaces and Dean Ambrose is one of them.

They have dealt with his best friend before, so Ambrose being targeted is a natural progression.

But this may just, in the long term, lead to the most bad-ass conclusions ever if The Club decides to target one more superstar after and that is…

#4 Seth Rollins

The Club going at Seth Rollins can signal the reunion of The Shield

Rollins is back as a heel and he is so comfortable in that role and many of his fans are much happy.

But it’s been two years since The Shield broke up and well, it still hurts.

A reunion has been on the cards for some time now and the thing is whenever that happens, it has to be – no – needs to be spectacular.

And The Club is the easily best opponent The Shield could face apart from The Wyatt Family. And if all stars align and The Club does target Rollins, could this make Reigns, Ambrose and Rollins decide to work together again?

Could this finally lead to a Shield reunion we all want to see?

#5 Bray Wyatt

Will Wyatt return as a babyface?

Suddenly, Bray Wyatt had become one of the most interesting characters again after he seemingly turned babyface following Wrestlemania 32. He joined forces with Reigns to take on The League of Nations. But Wyatt got injured soon after and we never got to see where this could have gone.

Whenever Wyatt returns, it’ll be interesting to see if he goes back to being a heel or continues his babyface run.

If he does the latter, it’ll be really interesting for him and his team to face Styles and The Club.

If executed well, it could be one of the best programs of the year.
