An obvious way to do this is to start having Bliss resist The Fiend's programming, and try to think for herself as an individual character. Not only will this create an eventual payoff where Bliss finally breaks the spell, it also gives fans a solid reason to root for her as she separates herself from The Fiend.

WWE having Bliss fight The Fiend's control could end up being some of the best storytelling they have produced in years. It might even be enough to move the needle forward when it comes to viewership. It all really comes down to how the company tells the story, and how believable it is when put together.
