#2 Lacey Evans (WWE RAW)
Why hasn't WWE given Lacey Evans a run with the women's title yet? Some fans may think she doesn't deserve the honor, but she has all the makings of a top Superstar. Furthermore, between her polarizing personality and military background, she would be one of the best Women's Champions in a long time.
Evans is not on the same level as the likes of Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch, but she could get there if WWE would just build to it. In all honesty, WWE probably should have made Evans champion a long time ago. However, doing it in 2021 could be a way to make the women's division a focal point again.
A female WWE star said her life is in danger. Details HERE
Lacey Evans is one of those rare Superstars that has a legitimacy factory, and it's going to help WWE. It's would also up the game of the entire RAW women's division, which is what they need with several top Superstars still missing. Hopefully, 2021 is the year it happens and Evans takes her rightful place as champion.
