5. Heidenreich and Michael Cole become BFFs

“Poetry time” in the bathroom with Cole.

Okay, there’s no way around it. Heidenreich was just weird. He was bizarre and he made everyone uncomfortable and he made you want to take a shower more than he scared you.

Still, he was a tough hombre. Tough enough to repeatedly cost The Undertaker the World Heavyweight Championship. Though that feud didn’t end well for Heidenreich, his short lived tenure as a big cat who was a couple fries short of a Happy Meal led to one of the most unintentionally hilarious, uncomfortable, suggestive, downright disturbing segments in WWE history (right up there with Snitsky punting the baby doll!)In a segment that, to this day, can’t be explained or justified by anybody anywhere, Heidenreich would abduct Michael Cole from the announcer’s table and carry him over his shoulder backstage. Into a bathroom that had weird homicide lighting. He would pin the wayward announcer up against the wall, from behind, and read him a poem.

And then the whole world collectively took a shower at the same time.
