While we all know how devastating the RKO can prove to be, what happens if Randy Orton is not able to get the job done even after hitting his finisher on the Rated-R Superstar? The Apex Predator has been doing some great work as a heel, especially on the road to WrestleMania. But can we see an even deadlier version of the Viper in the ring at WWE Backlash?

Well, what does Randy do when the RKO isn't good enough? He dives deep into his arsenal to bring back another lethal move - the Punt kick. While the move was banned by WWE, we've seen the Viper tease it on multiple occasions recently.

Randy Orton even hit the Big Show with the Punt kick at Extreme Rules 2013 when the World's Largest Athlete kicked out of the RKO. While it was never confirmed, Randy Orton likely had permission to use the move on The Big Show as a one-off.

So, what's stopping him from using the move on Edge this Sunday at WWE Backlash? This would certainly add to the drama of the Greatest Wrestling Match Ever and keep the fans talking about it. We've previously seen moves like Piledriver make a one-off appearance after being banned. Now, could we see the return of the Punt kick at WWE Backlash?
