Are Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose heading on a separate course?

After The Shield break-up, speculations were rife as to who will emerge as the new third member of the faction. From UFC Women’s Champion, Ronda Rousey, to the straight edge superstar CM Punk and even John Cena, the list just kept on growing.

But following the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, it appears though that the members of The Shield may be heading on their separate ways.

This became evident when Dean Ambrose entered the ring in a new street gear to fight Bad News Barrett. Roman Reigns and Ambrose did not appear together during the entire show and now they have their own theme songs.

The buzz from Raw is that there is not going to be a formal split between the two, but they are supposed to be going their separate ways.

WWE appears to have individual plans for the two. Dean Ambrose may continue to feud with Seth Rollins till the Money In The Bank pay-per-view, while Roman Reigns has been pushed onto the WWE World Heavyweight Championship scenario as a qualifier for the MITB ladder match.
