WWE: Batista quits Raw in the middle of the show

Batista quits WWE

WWE superstar, Batista, left in the middle of Monday Night Raw, after he was fed up of the fact that he couldn’t get the oppurtunity of a one-on-one match for the WWE World Heavyweight championship.

Following their convincing loss at the hands of The Shield, Raw opened with Triple H coming out accompanied by Batista and Randy Orton. The Game sent out a warning that it was far from over and they would lock horns again.

But Batista snatched the microphone from him and said that he had enough of it. He wanted a title match which he thought was due, because he never got to compete in a singles match even after winning the Royal Rumble.

Triple H asked him to look at the bigger picture but Batista didn’t care as he walked out after he declared that he quit.

This, of course, doesn’t come as a surprise as pre-speculations were already revolving around that Batista would be leaving after Payback.

The Animal is set to begin promotional work for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy which is why he has exited the industry for now.

He is expected to be back in time for Summerslam.
