#1 Shayna Baszler finally sends a message to Asuka at Clash of Champions

The only reason that Shayna Baszler isn't challenging Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship at Clash of Champions is because The Submission Magician is busy in the Tag Team Championship picture.

Baszler is one half of the current Women's Tag Team Champions with Nia Jax, and the two women will defend their championships against Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan on Sunday night at Clash of Champions.

It's been proved on SmackDown that it's possible to be Women's Tag Team Champion and compete for the main Women's Championships as well, so there's nothing stopping Baszler from sending a message to Asuka on Sunday night.

The Queen of Spades could be looking for a match for the RAW Women's Championship at Hell in a Cell, and after Asuka is able to easily brush aside her latest challenger, Baszler could be the woman to step up and make it clear that The Empress still has a target on her back.

It will be interesting to see if Baszler and Jax are able to successfully defend their Championships and then challenge for the women's championship whilst trying to remain on the same page.
