WWE and CM Punk agree deal on merchandise sale

CM Punk

We reported sometime back that CM Punk’s advocate had contacted WWE regarding the unpaid royalties that he felt the company owed him and also on the usage of his name and likeliness in the WWE 2K15 game.

WWE responded to the 22-page-letter by removing Punk’s merchandises from WWEshop.com Alumni page. They felt that they didn’t owe any money as he breached his contract by quitting the company earlier this year.

However, the Punk merchandise sale is back again as WWE has started selling them on their official website. Apparently, both the parties have agreed to some kind of a deal it seems which gives WWE the right to continue selling his merchandise.

Punk is also featured in the WWE 2k15 video game being released tomorrow.
