The life of a professional wrestler is gruelling. It’s a life of long hours on the road, followed by taking bumps inside the ring, followed by more hours on the road. Wrestlers are often tired, working for almost 300 days a year and hardly get time to spend with their family.
However, there have been a few lucky ones that have found their soul mate in the wrestling business. We take a look at the most renowned and prominent WWE couples.

#12 Jimmy Uso and Naomi
Jimmy Uso and Naomi tied the knot in January 2014. They have been a prominent feature of the reality show Total Divas. Jimmy, along with brother Jey, forms one of the better tag teams in the WWE. They have held tag team gold a couple of times in the company.
Naomi, on the other hand, debuted as one-half on the Funkadactyls cheerleading for Brodus Clay. Since then, she has come up a long way and is a singles competitor on SmackDown Live.

#11 Tyson Kidd and Natalya
Kidd was the last graduate of the infamous Hart Dungeon. He met Natalya while training under the Hart family and the two started dating in 2001. They were married in 2013 and their wedding was featured on Total Divas. Unfortunately, Tyson Kidd was severely injured while taking a Muscle Buster from Samoa Joe during a dark match on RAW.

#10 Edge and Beth Phoenix
Edge and Beth Phoenix are retired profession wrestlers. Both were highly decorated superstars back in the day, with Edge winning 11 world championships and Beth being a Divas Champion and three-time WWE women’s champion. The WWE couple is happily married and has two daughters Lyric and Ruby.
#9 The Undertaker and Michelle McCool
The Undertaker and Michelle McCool tied the knot in June 2010 at a quiet ceremony in Houston, Texas. The two were dating since 2007.
This is the Undertaker’s third marriage, while it is Michelle’s second. Despite the vast age difference of 15 years, the WWE couple seems to be happy.

#8 The Miz and Maryse
Miz and Maryse were married in February 2014. Miz is a wrestler that has held every major belt in the WWE and even headlined WrestleMania XXVII. Maryse too won the Divas Championship a couple of time.
Miz is recently coming off a long Intercontinental Championship reign, which started off the night after WrestleMania when Maryse, returned as the Miz’s valet, to distract Zack Ryder and pick up the win.
#7 Brock Lesnar and Sable
Lesnar and Sable had their fair share of hurdles before they got together. They met in 2004 after Sable’s divorce from former husband, Marc Mero.
The WWE couple started dating and were engaged by 2005. However, things didn’t quite work out for the two, as they called off the engagement only to again get married in 2006. The two have two sons and reside in Minnesota.

#6 Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth
Perhaps the first couple to be introduced on WWE television, Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth together, were a sight to behold. Miss Elizabeth managed Macho and accompanied him to the ring.
Although the two were going through turbulent times in their lives, they were able to portray an emotional segment at WrestleMania VII that left the entire arena in tears. The WWE couple were dubbed as “The Match made in Heaven” and were kayfabe married at SummerSlam 1991.
The two divorced in 1992 but still worked together for sometime.
#5 Dean Ambrose and Renee Young
One of the more discreet couples in the WWE, Dean Ambrose and Renee Young, came out in public with their relationship only in March 2015. Both Dean and Renee have been very private about the dynamics of their relationship and have joined the cast of Total Divas for the sixth season.

#4 John Cena and Nikki Bella
John Cena and Nikki Bella are one of the most well-known WWE couples. They are known for their lavish lifestyle choices, including expensive cars, precious jewellery and multiple houses.
Their relationship has overcome some hurdles in the past, that included Cena not agreeing to marriage or having kids, owing to past failures in his romantic escapades. The couple would get engaged after Cena proposed to Nikki after their tag team match against The Miz and Maryse at WrestleMania 33.
However, the couple broke up in 2018 which was confirmed via social media

#3 Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella
Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella started dating in 2011 and were married in 2014, after WrestleMania XXX at the high point of Bryan’s career. The couple’s marriage and life after was a prime focus of the reality show, Total Divas, and continues to be highlighted in Total Bellas.
The WWE couple is currently expecting a baby girl in spring next year.

#2 CM Punk and AJ Lee
CM Punk and AJ Lee were married on 13 June 2014, a day that will forever live in infamy as the day that CM Punk was fired from the WWE. The WWE couple started dating in 2013. They were earlier involved in a storyline, during Punk’s 434-day title reign, where AJ Lee was portrayed as an unstable woman smitten with CM Punk.

#1 Triple H and Stephanie McMahon
The power couple of the WWE, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H effectively control the business. Triple H is the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative and a founding member of NXT, while Stephanie is the Chief Brand Officer of the company.
The couple married in 2003 and has three daughters. Triple H is, in fact, highly regarded in the locker room for his understanding of the business. The couple is likely to succeed Vince McMahon as principal owners of the WWE.
