There is little doubt that the actual result will be a successful AJ Styles title defence. "The Phenomenal One" has reigned as Champion for one year and is close to matching and overtaking CM Punk's modern-day WWE Championship record of 434 days as Champion.
Although Styles' reign hasn't exactly set the world on fire, it seems inevitable that WWE will want Styles to surpass that mark given that it is so nearly in reach and in truth it seems too early for Daniel Bryan to regain the title he last wore in June 2014.
Bryan and Miz have unfinished business and their feud seems likely to culminate in a title bout at Wrestlemania 35. For this to have the greatest success then the unlikable Miz has to be the Champion entering the match.
For those two reasons, there is only one winner at Crown Jewel.
