3: Dolph Ziggler Vs Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle looked good on his singles in-ring return

While there are many fans who might disagree, Kurt Angle's performance at Crown Jewel was, in my opinion, one of the most pleasant surprises of the night.

His match with Dolph Ziggler was easily the best match of the first round ones, and the former WWE Champion showed that he has what it takes to compete with the best of the best in the WWE.

His defeat was a bit of a surprise though, and it was even more surprising that the WWE didn't book Baron Corbin to get involved given the feud that the two men have been having in recent weeks.
