WWE Draft 2018/Superstar Shakeup Results: List of WWE Superstars who moved from SmackDown to Raw

Who made the move to the Flagship Program?
Who made the move to the Flagship Program?

For the second year and a row, WWE hosted the Superstar Shakeup two weeks after WrestleMania week and the Monday Night Raw roster got some interesting trades.

Last year, Raw secured some major stars in Dean Ambrose, The Miz, Alexa Bliss and more, but this year seemed to focus more on bolstering the midcard than anything else.

Pick #1: Jinder Mahal w/Sunil Singh

Former WWE writer buries Judgment Day HERE

To the shock of many, Jinder Mahal, along side Sunil Singh, was revealed to be Raw's first draft pick in the Superstar Shakeup.

He was a former WWE Champion and the current United States Champion at the start of the show but lost the title to Jeff Hardy in an impromptu title match made by Raw GM Kurt Angle.

Vince McMahon has shown a vested interest in the Modern Day Maharaja since his physique improved upon his re-signing two years ago, so he will be someone to look out for.

Pick #2-4: The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan)

Sasha Banks and Bayley were booked for singles action, but as the match neared its end, The Riott Squad emerged from the crowd and attacked the Horsewomen to make an impactful Raw debt.

The Riott Squad debuted after Survivor Series 2017 and didn't accomplish much during their time on SmackDown Live, so hopefully Raw will be the jumpstart they need to get their stable going.

Pick #5 & 6: Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn weren't supposed to be on Raw after losing their Raw contract match against each other last week, but Stephanie McMahon brought them back to the fold.

Owens & Zayn were originally on the Raw roster during the 2016-2017 brand split and were moved to SmackDown Live last year.

The acquisition of Owens & Zayn will be great for Raw with both men being accomplished wrestlers individually as well as together.

Pick #7: Zack Ryder

There wasn't much fanfare to this announcement, but WWE confirmed Zack Ryder coming back to Raw for the first time since the brand split began.

Ryder's last big accomplishment was winning the Intercontinental Championship two years ago, and he'll need some major momentum to move forward.

Pick #8 & 9: Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango)

In a more interesting piece of news, Tyler Breeze and Fandango were moved to Raw and will maintain their Fashion Police antics.

Their first order of business was to fine The Bar for their fashion violations and Breezango even managed to beat The Bar later on in the night.

Hopefully, that win tonight was a sign or better days for The Fashion Police.

Pick #10: Natalya

In a backstage segment with Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey, Natalya made her Raw debut and seems to be maintaining a babyface persona.

Natalya and Rousey embraced and talked about their time training together with a subtle tease to a future match between the two.

Natalya is a fantastic wrestler and her heel persona was a highlight of her fued with Nikki Bella, so it will be interesting to see how the Queen of Harts operates on the good side.

Pick #11: Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler returns to Raw in the 2018 Shakeup and brought an interesting NXT call-up along with him.

Ziggler has had some amazing moments on Raw in the past including cashing in the Money in the Bank Contract and defending the Intercontinental Championship, but none of those great moments have happened during the Brand Split.

Maybe his partnership with the next pick in the Superstar Shakeup will make things better for him.

Pick #12: Drew McIntyre

After Dolph Ziggler announced that he didn't come to Monday Night Raw alone, Drew McIntyre emerged from the crowd to the surprise of many in attendance.

Many fans thought that McIntyre would return to NXT to pursue the championship, but The Chosen One will have his chance to conquer the main roster of WWE's flagship show.

Hopefully, his success in NXT will be a preview of what he has in store for the main roster.

Pick #13: Baron Corbin

A video package revealed that Baron Corbin would be coming to the Raw roster, but the Lone Wolf did not make an appearance on the program himself.

Corbin won the United States Championship and unsuccessfully cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase during his time on SmackDown and has seemingly fallen from grace on the Blue Brand. It will be interesting to see if the flagship show will bring Corbin better luck.

Pick #14: Mojo Rawley

Much like his former tag team partner, Mojo Rawley was announced as a Raw superstar via Twitter and not on Raw's broadcast.

Rawley has accomplished little to nothing since winning the 2017 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. But will Raw be the place where he gets another big break?

Pick #15: Mike Kanellis

In another social media exclusive, Mike Kanellis was revealed to be an acquisition for Monday Night Raw.

Kanellis made his debut last summer alongside his wife, Maria Kanellis, and the two left WWE television as soon as they arrived with little impact on the main roster.

Now, Kanellis will have the chance to shine as a member of the Raw roster.

Pick #16: Bobby Roode

Kurt Angle booked a 10-man tag team match between The Miztourage, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn against Finn Balor, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman and a mystery partner that was revealed to be The Glorious One Bobby Roode.

Roode has only been on the main roster for a short time, so the move to Raw will be interesting. Especially with his desire to pursue the United States Championship.

Pick #17: Chad Gable

After Raw went off the air, WWE announced that former SmackDown Tag Team Champion Chad Gable will be added to the Raw roster.

Gable debuted on SmackDown in 2016 alongside Jason Jordan as American Alpha, but the team broke up when Jordan was revealed to be "Angle's son."

Fans may want to see American Alpha back together, but Gable says he's coming to Raw to be a singles competitor.

Pick #18 & 19: The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor)

In another post-Raw draft pick, The Ascension come back to the Raw roster.

The duo debuted on Raw in 2015 and defeated The New Age Outlaws at the Royal Rumble, but haven't accomplished much in the years that follow.
