Sasha Banks and Bayley made history at Elimination Chamber

This was the perfect way to open the night and also to introduce the long-awaited women's Tag-Team Championships to the world.

Every team played their part well here and the action was perfectly paced and executed. They also allowed the match to build a little bit before giving us the first elimination, which goes a long way towards building some momentum in the ring.

Tamina and Nia Jax were perfectly cast as the big bad heels of the piece, and they put on their most competent performance together as a team. In fact, a lot of these teams really upped their game last night and the match was all the better for it.

The story-telling throughout the encounter was exceptional and the build towards Banks and Bayley's big victory was excellent.

Rose and Deville also played their part to perfection and demonstrated that they are more than capable of competing with the big names in the division. Hopefully, we get to see more of those final two clashing in the coming weeks.
