WWE Elimination Chamber 2019 Results: February 17th, Elimination Chamber Winners, video highlights

WWE Elimination Chamber kicked off at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas after the pre-show which featured a match for the Cruiserweight Championship where Buddy Murphy defeated Akira Tozawa. The show kicked off with the Women's Elimination Chamber match that would crown the inaugural Women's Tag Team Champions.

An incredible match led to the first ever Women's Tag champs in history

Sasha Banks and Bayley started things off with Sonya DeVille and Mandy Rose. Sasha and Bayley started off strong with Bayley holding Sasha's hand while she walked the tight rope and landed on both opponents.

The Riott Squad were out first and it turned into an all-out brawl.

The IIconics were in next and tried pinning all the Superstars but couldn't get lucky. They wasted some time arguing with the official before going on the offense. Bayley was nearly pinned by the Iiconics but Sasha Banks broke it up.

Naomi and Carmella were in next and the Fabulous Glow kicked the Iiconics at the same time before Naomi hit a splash. Carmella sent Kay into the chains and soon everyone started attacking each other and taking one another down. Amidst the carnage, Carmella tried to go for the code of silence but it got broken up by Mandy Rose. Naomi confronted Rose and hit her with an incredible rear view. The IIconics were surrounded by all teams when Nia Jax and Tamina came out.

The Iiconics were eliminated.

The Riott Squad did a great job in trying to take Jax and Tamina out. They managed to do so and Sasha Banks and Bayley began their incredible teamwork on them. Nia Jax hit the Samoan drop on Morgan and Tamina splashed on both members.

The Riott Squad were eliminated.

We were down to 3 teams and everyone was focusing on Tamina now. DeVille attacked her, Sasha Banks too, and Bayley finished it with an elbow drop. All four members pinned Tamina.

Nia Jax and Tamina were eliminated.

DeVille tried to spear Sasha, who moved out, letting Mandy Rose take it. Sasha Banks landed a Bank's Statement and it was over.

Result: Sasha Banks & Bayley won the Women's Elimination Chamber match and are the inaugural Women's Tag Team Champions

The Greatest Tag Team in the World (c) vs. The Usos - WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship match

The Greatest Tag Team in the World put up a huge match even though they lost the titles

The champs were in control and the Miz hit the 'it' kicks early on but the Usos managed to get the momentum by after hitting a double team move on The Miz. Jey hit a huge lariat and tagged in Jimmy who went to headlock position. Jimmy hit one of the Miz's trademark clothesline in the corner on him and Miz managed to recover and make the tag to Shane.

McMahon cleared house by hitting two DDTs and then set up for two Coast to Coasts to the two challengers who were in either corner. Jimmy took the shot but Jey countered with a Superkick and got a near fall on Shane. Miz came in with a tag and took a Samoan Drop. Jimmy took out Jey by accident before Miz set Jey up on the announce table. McMahon hit the Leap of Faith and both Superstars were wiped out.

Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale on Jimmy in the ring but Jimmy reversed the pin attempt into a roll-up and got the big win.

Result: The Usos def. The Greatest Tag Team in the World and are the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions

Bobby Lashley (c) & Lio Rush vs. Finn Balor - Handicap Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship

Lashley didn't stand a chance against the Demon King

Rush was about to start the match but tagged in Lashley before it began. Bobby Lashley absolutely dominated Balor but Balor managed to launch Lashley over the top rope. He went for the charge and Rush ran around the ring to stop him. Balor chased Rush but got caught by Lashley, who drove him spine first into the barricade.

Lashley tagged back in and gets ready to spear Balor, but Lio Rush tagged himself in. Finn Balor rolled out of the way and Lashley was not happy. Balor smiled at Rush as he tried to get to Lashley. He was trying to corner Rush, understanding his pace. Rush was fingertips away but Balor prevented the tag. He knocked Lashley down and sent him out. He sent Rush out and took both Superstars out. He went right after Rush and hit the sling blade and the Coupe-de-grace for the win

Result: Finn Balor def. Bobby Lashley & Lio Rush and is the new Intercontinental Champion

Charlotte came out and said some things about how she is better than Becky before the match started but the crowd wasn't having any of it.

Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Ruby Riott

Ruby Riott's loss was followed by these shenanigans

Ronda Rousey was dressed as Sonya from Mortal Kombat, who she voices in the new game. Riott kicked Rousey in the gut and came out of the box quickly, catching Ronda off guard. Ronda quickly took control and slammed her with mini-judo throws onto the mat. Riott stepped out of the ring and kicked the barricade in frustration. Ronda Rousey hit the Piper's Pit on Riott and looked to quickly finish things. Riott tapped and it was over.

Result: Ronda Rousey def. Ruby Riott to retain the RAW Women's Championship

Flair came into the ring as Rousey looked on into the distance and it was Becky Lynch, walking in on crutches. Becky struggled to get in the ring and she wobbled a bit. The three had a staredown and the crowd chanted "She's the man". It looked they were teasing the real WrestleMania main. Becky attacked Charlotte with a crutch over and over and over. Ronda Rousey stared at what's happening and smiled.

Rousey picked up a crutch and was about to attack Becky Lynch. Ronda looked towards Charlotte, remembering what happened at Survivor Series last year. Ther champ attacked Charlotte but Becky attacked her too! She slammed the crutches against Rousey's back over and over before security came out.

Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin - No DQ match

The Monster was slain

Corbin threw his vest at Braun and left the ring as the match started. Baron hit Strowman with a kendo stick but was overpowered by The Monster Among Men. Braun said he didn't need a kendo stick to beat Corbin. Baron threw a chair at Braun but he brushed it off before Corbin came at him with the steel steps before mocking the downed Monster.

Braun recovered and powerslammed Corbin through a table in the ring. Drew Mcintyre's music hit as he and Bobby Lashley attacked Braun from behind with steel chairs. Braun fought back before Corbin hit him with a chair. The trio stacked two tables in the ring and powerbombed Braun through them before Corbin got the three count.

Result: Baron Corbin def. Braun Strowman

The trio stood on top of the steel steps and mocked Braun who was almost passed out.

Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship

Kofi Kingston was the first to enter the pods followed by Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and 'the new' Daniel Bryan. The champ went on one more of his rants. The officials sent Rowan backstage and Bryan protested by sitting on the ramp, saying he was a martyr for 'suffering for the greater good'.

Samoa Joe and Daniel Bryan kicked off the match and Daniel tried avoiding any contact for as long as he could. Bryan went on the offense finally, and Joe laughed it off before locking in a submission. Joe went for a Boston Crab and then a crossface but had to let up due to his own damaged knee. They traded chops before Joe sort of hit the 'it' kicks on Bryan.

Kofi Kingston came in and engaged Joe before Bryan attacked him from behind. Joe recovered and focused on Bryan who climbed up the pods letting Kofi take the heat. Kofi climbed up after him and attacked the champ who tried to run away. Joe brought them both down after Kofi kicked Joe in the face.

Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship (contd..)

AJ Styles was in next and went after Daniel Bryan right off the bat. Styles hit a double DDT on Kingston and Bryan and the crowd chanted his name. Styles hit Joe with a forearm and then went after Bryan who was climbing to the top of the cage. AJ hit a phenomenal forearm in mid-air taking down Bryan as they both came crashing down. Joe went for a Coquina Clutch on Kofi but AJ came in with the forearm and got the three count.

Samoa Joe was eliminated.

Jeff Hardy was the next one in and took out Daniel Bryan before AJ hit a Pele kick. Hardy and Styles were fighting on the ropes before Hardy hit a Swanton Bomb on AJ from the top of the pod. Bryan rushed in with a running knee and eliminated Jeff Hardy.

Jeff Hardy was eliminated.

Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship (contd..)

Randy Orton came in last and hit an RKO on Styles eliminating the former WWE Champion.

AJ Styles was eliminated.

Kingston went after Orton and was hit with a Snake Eyes in the corner. Orton and Bryan were sparring when Kofi hit the Trouble in Paradise before eliminating Orton.

Randy Orton was eliminated.

Kofi and Bryan went on with the match and neither wanted to back down. Kofi hit the SOS but Bryan got out easy. The champion hit the kicks in the corner and Kofi was still not done. He came in with a dropkick and got a near fall on Bryan. Kofi and Bryan climbed up the cage wall where Kingston smacked the champion's face into the grates. Bryan sent Kofi into the glass pod to get even I guess.

Bryan hit the running knee in the middle of the ring but Kofi kicked out as the crowd went nuts. Daniel stomped Kofi's face out of existence and he still managed to kick out and hit the trouble in paradise. Both men were exhausted and Bryan climbed to the top rope and then to the pod. Kofi met him up there and was looking for a superplex but was denied.

Kingston kicked Bryan off the pod and went for the splash but Bryan rolled out. Bryan hit the running knee getting the pinfall and retained the title.

Result: Daniel Bryan won the Elimination Chamber match and retained the WWE Championship
