The second Elimination Chamber match on the card is based on the assumption that the 2021 men's Royal Rumble match winner Edge challenges Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship match at WrestleMania 37. That would make the winner of this Elimination Chamber match the No. 1 contender to challenge Drew McIntyre for the WWE title at WrestleMania 37.
The six competitors in this match could be Braun Strowman, Keith Lee, AJ Styles, Damian Priest, Bobby Lashley, and a returning Jinder Mahal. WWE could also throw-in Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt into the mix, but those two are better off feuding each other and away from the title scene for now.
