#4. WWE initially had plans for Kurt Angle's return at the show
WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle was originally planned to be at Elimination Chamber. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, there were internal discussions to bring Angle as a special guest referee for a match on the show.
Kurt Angle was heavily rumored to return at last month's Royal Rumble. The Olympic Gold Medalist was backstage as well, but he didn't enter the Rumble match.

There were also discussions for Angle to be involved in the current rivalry between RK-Bro and The Alpha Academy on RAW. However, those plans have also fallen through.
#3. Unique stipulation to be added to Ronda Rousey's match
Ronda Rousey made her long-awaited return to WWE last month at the Royal Rumble, winning the Women's Rumble match. While many expected her to challenge Becky Lynch for the RAW Women's title, she instead chose SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair as her WrestleMania opponent.
At Elimination Chamber, Rousey is set to team up with Naomi to take on Flair and Sonya Deville. However, PWInsider has reported that a unique stipulation will be added to this match: Ronda Rousey will wrestle with one arm tied behind her back in Saudi Arabia.
"Ronda Rousey will wrestle with one arm behind her back at the WWE Elimination Chamber this Saturday 2/19, PWInsider.com has confirmed. Rousey and Naomi will be wrestling Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville at the event in Saudi Arabia. The stipulation will be revealed as part of this Friday's Smackdown episode, which was taped last week in New Orleans. Friday's Smackdown episode will feature an in-ring contract signing between the two teams."
This could be WWE's way to further strengthen Ronda Rousey before her WrestleMania showdown. Alternatively, this could be a way to hand the victory to Flair and Deville, who will certainly look to take advantage of the stipulation.
