The WWE will want to make as many historic moments as possible at Evolution, and one way of doing that is to introduce some shiny new title belts at the event.

Talks of a female tag-team division have been doing the rounds for some time now, and Evolution presents the company with the perfect opportunity to do that.

There is definitely an issue concerning the number of tag-teams that the company has available at the moment, but the WWE could easily remedy that by having the belts not be brand exclusive.

As for competitors, three of the teams in this match pick themselves, while the WWE may want to chuck Natalya and Beth Phoenix into the mix to keep up with the theme of legends taking on the current roster that appears to be running throughout the night.
