Kofi Kingston has a unique record at Extreme Rules
Kofi Kingston is a veteran in WWE, which could be why he has been part of a number of records throughout his career. This Sunday, he walks in Philadelphia as the WWE Champion and has to overcome the threat of Samoa Joe in order to walk out with the Championship that he fought so hard for back at WrestleMania.

Extreme Rules has become an interesting show for Kingston since he holds a unique record at the event. The African star is the only wrestler in history to have been able to walk into Extreme Rules as the United States Champion and then, defend, win and lose the Championship at subsequent events. No other star has been able to do this with any other Championship, hopefully, Kingston is able to successfully defend his Championship this time around.
