Alexa Bliss could leave Extreme Rules as the SmackDown Women's Champion
Alexa Bliss hasn't had a lot of in-ring time over the past few months since her career has been plagued by injuries ever since Hell in a Cell last year. The last time Bliss competed she was easily defeated by Bayley in a quick match on Raw, but this could have been because Bliss was struggling with Illness at the time.

If WWE didn't want Bliss in the Championship picture, then she could have been taken out after her loss at Stomping Grounds, but she has been kept in and the company keeps pushing for her to be in the main picture which means that there could be a bigger plan. Hopefully, Bliss is in a much better position healthwise at Extreme Rules and is able to prove her doubters wrong by becoming Women's Champion once again.
