#5. Bayley retains the SmackDown Women's Championship
Bayley's reign as WWE SmackDown Women's Champion has only been successful because of the help of Sasha Banks. Whilst the Women's Tag Team Champions are currently on the same page, it's easy to see their union breaking down heading into WWE SummerSlam or even WWE Survivor Series so that Banks and Bayley can face off.

If Bayley is able to find a way past Nikki Cross, there aren't many women left in the SmackDown Women's Division to challenge for the Championship. It will be interesting to see if Banks is in Bayley's corner or if Bayley is in Banks corner for her match against Asuka.
Both Banks and Bayley aren't expected to walk out of Extreme Rules victorious, so their reactions to their differing results on Sunday night could be a tease for what's coming next.
Nikki Cross hasn't had enough of a build to be expected to win the SmackDown Women's Championship so Bayley will likely continue her reign as champion until Sasha Banks finally challenges her best friend for that title.
